Jakarta (ANTARA News)- President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) arrived in Jakarta on Friday after a working visit to the United States for the US-ASEAN Summit.
The head of state and First Lady Iriana returned home after an over six-hour long air journey from their last transit at the Andersen Air Force Base, Guam.
Among his entourage were Foreign Affairs Minister Retno L.P. Marsudi, presidential staff chief Teten Masduki, and member of the Presidential Communication Team Ari Dwipayana.
On arrival at Halim Perdanakusumah, eastern Jakarta, Jokowi gave a press conference on the results of his working visit.
During the summit hosted by US President Barack Obama, Jokowi was honored to be the first speaker at a special session on counterterrorism.
He also spoke before an Indonesian diaspora in San Francisco.
Jokowi also visited Silicon Valley and met the CEOs of Facebook, Twitter, Google, and Plug and Play.(*)
