The presidential decree was issued several weeks ago," the minister/state secretary stated here, Monday.
In response to questions posed by the press, he remarked that the presidential staff usually did not have specific tasks, but they might be assigned special duties depending on their dynamism on the field.
"Their tasks might be to build new networks. We need new people with varied experiences," he added.(*)
