"Through this event, the Padjadjaran University will contribute by introducing Indonesia to the international world," Unpad Rector Prof. Dr Tri Hanggono Achmad stated.

According to Hanggono, globalization is of key significance in the current era and is no longer a new thing.

"If we do not get involved in such forums, we will not be able to keep up with the global developments. These include introducing Indonesia to the outside world," he emphasized.

Hanggono expressed hope that the event will help the university students gain a deeper understanding of other cultures and develop a global outlook.
