"Filipino Police Department has listed seven Indonesians suspicious of involvement in the Marawi City incident," Police Public Information Section Head, Commissioner Martinus Sitompul said at the Police Department Office in Jakarta on Wednesday.

He stated that the Philippine authorities, through Philippine National Police (PNP), have listed the names of seven Indonesians suspected of their involvement in the terrorism network at Marawi. These names were later submitted to the Police Attach in Manila and then sent to Indonesian police International Relations Division.

The seven names on the list are Al Ikhwan Yushel, Yayat Hidayat Tarli, Anggara Suprayogi, Yoki Pratama Windyarto, Moch Jaelani Firdaus, and Muhamad Gufron. Yayat and Anggara came together to the Philippines on April 15.

The last suspect, Muhammad Ilham Syahputra, was thought to be dead in the attack.

"Syahputra was allegedly killed in the attack in Marawi. But until now, the body has not been found," Sitompul revealed.

According to him, the seven Indonesians entered the Philippines legally.

But the presence of the seven suspects in the Marawi incident remains unclear. "We still need to confirm their existence there," he pointed out.
