Extending his gratitude to the public, Latif announced his resignation by describing the work for a year the establishment of the BPIB, which was formerly called the Working Unit of President-Pancasila Ideology Development (UKP-PIP).
Latif then outlined a number of obstacles he had encountered, among other things the slow budgets, the absence of direct execution authority when BPIP was still called UKP-PIP, limited ability to optimize the creation of manpower, until unacceptable financial rights by all personnel in the Board of Directors and Implementer for a year work.
At the end of his announcement he stated his resignation because he felt the need for a new leadership on the UKP-PIP body that had transformed into BPIP.
Then, he said that from the the bottom of his heart, he would like to express his deepest gratitude for the participation of all parties in mainstreaming Pancasila in public life.
"Furthermore, it must be said that the transformation of UKP-PIP into BPIP brought a major change to the organizational structure, the role and function of the institution," he said.
