Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Eleven athletes will take part in the men`s 20 kilometers walk finals of the ongoing Asian Games 2018 in Jakarta on Wednesday morning.

Indonesia will field Bayu Prasetyo in this event. Besides Indonesia, the other athletes are from China, Japan, South Korea, India, Kazakhstan, and Hong Kong.

The fastest holder in this category is Zhen Wang of China with a time record of one hour, 19 minutes and 45 seconds. He made the record in the Asian Games held in Incheon, South Korea in 2014.

Currently (07:30 local time) , the race reached 10 kilometers, Japanese athlete Toshikazu Yamanishi is still leading the race, followed by athletes from China, Kaihua Wang and Xiangqian Jin.
