Bogor, W Java, (ANTARA) - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) received a delegation of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) at the Presidential Palace in Bogor, on Saturday.

The head of state received IOC President Thomas Bach and OCA President Sheikh Ahmad Fahad Al-Sabah along with other delegation members at the Garuda Room of the Bogor Palace at 10 a.m. local time.

President Jokowi, who was accompanied by Chairman of the Indonesia Asian Games Organizing Committee Erick Thohir, invited the two guests to undertake an observation tour of the Bogor Palace`s guest room.

Based on Antara`s observation, the president, Bach, and Ahmad Fahad had the opportunity to hold a discussion in front of the Bogor Palace.

The president then invited the two guests to the meeting room. In this meeting room, the president was accompanied by Minister of Foreign Affairs Retno Marsudi to hold talks regarding the implementation of the Asian Games in Indonesia.

"Thank you for coming to Indonesia. The Asian Games have been held, and this September, we will close it," the president stated.
