A team of divers has continued to search for the CVR, a piece of equipment of the airplane`s black box, he noted at the Jakarta International Container Terminal in Tanjung Priok, Jakarta, on Saturday.
"Hopefully, we would be able to find it soon, so we can have both the FDR and CVR," Syaugi noted.
In addition to the CVR, the SAR team has found the plane`s engines and fuselage.
"We found two turbines. Yesterday, we have seen another wheel, and they reported to have seen the fuselage," he remarked.
According to Syaugi, the debris will be retrieved from the sea in coordination with other teams involved in the evacuation process.
"We are a solid joint team. The most important aspect is to retrieve them all, including the victims," he stated.
The Lion Air JT610 plane crashed some 15 minutes after taking off at 6:20 a.m. local time from Jakarta on its way to Pangkalpinang in Bangka-Belitung Province in Sumatra, with 189 people on board on Monday.
