Surabaya, E Java (ANTARA News) - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) is scheduled to inaugurate the campus Mosque of Muhammadiyah High Institution of Heath Science (STIKES) in Lamongan and attend the 21st Congress of the Muhammadiyah Students Association in Siduarjo, East Java.

"The president will begin his working visit to East Java by attending the inauguration of the Muhammadiyah STIKES campus mosque in Lamongan," Presidential spokesman Bey Machmudin noted here on Monday.

The president will commission the Ki Bagus Hadikusumo mosque of the campus and lay the cornerstone for the development of the Muhammadiyah Univeristy tower of Lamongan.

After lunch, the president will head to the Muhammadiyah University in Sidoarjo District where he will open the 21st Congress of Muhammadiyah.

In the evening, the president and his wife Iriana will fly back to Jakarta.

During his East Java visit, the president was accompanied by First Lady Iriana, Minister of State Secretary Pratikno, East Java Governor Soekarwo, Head of Presidential Secretariat Heru Budi Hartono, and Military Secretary to President Rear Marshal Trisno Hendradi.
