think both vice presidential candidates are ready for the debate, but we just have to wait. Hopefully, it will be interesting," VP Jusuf Kalla said here on Sunday.
Bandung, West Java (ANTARA) - Indonesia's current Vice President Jusuf Kalla hoped that the third round of the 2019 presidential election debate - revolving around education, health, human resources, social issues and culture - and followed by the two vice presidential candidates, Ma'ruf Amin and Sandiaga Uno, will be interesting.

"I think both vice presidential candidates are ready for the debate, but we just have to wait. Hopefully, it will be interesting," VP Jusuf Kalla said here on Sunday.

As the Chairman of Steering Committee for Jokowi-Ma'ruf National Campaign Team, Kalla said that he did not participate in providing training or coaching to prepare Ma'ruf Amin for tonight's presidential debate.

"There is already a special team for that matter," he stated.

After paying a working visit to Bandung, West Java, the Vice President returned to Jakarta on Sunday afternoon.

Kalla was scheduled to attend the event of 2019 National Campaign Team Consolidation for 30 days before the 2019 Presidential Election, and also to participate in watching tonight's vice presidential debate held at Borobudur Hotel in Jakarta on Sunday night. ***2***
