Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) revoked the early warning of the potential tsunami at 21.41 local time after a 7.4-magnitude earthquake hit some areas in Banten, according to its official Twitter @infoBMKG.

Earlier, at 19.03 local time, an earthquake occurred 147 kilometers Southwest of Sumur, Banten at a depth of 10 kilometers.

The tremors were felt in Java from Jakarta to East Java. (INE)
