The impact of G20 will be felt more by people involved in the tourism and creative economy sector if we increase the number of side events.
Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Tourism and Creative Economy Ministry will unveil tourism and creative economy side events at the 2022 Indonesia G20 in order to support the G20 Presidency activities in the nation.

These side events are expected to have a broad impact on the people, as their execution involved industry actors.

"The ministry is ready and actively contributes through a variety of events that support G20," Tourism and Creative Economy Minister Sandiaga Uno noted during a weekly press briefing here on Monday through an official statement.

"The impact of G20 will be felt more by people involved in the tourism and creative economy sector if we increase the number of side events," he added.

The unveiling of the side events is planned to be held at the Hotel Indonesia Kempinski, here, on Wednesday, April 20, with two categories: substantive side events and non-substantive side events.

Substantive side events comprise programs related with the Tourism Working Group issues.
