"Today, you have chosen a noble path - one dedicated to serving the people, the nation, and Indonesia," President Prabowo said in a video broadcast by the Presidential Secretariat.
The president emphasized that the path of service chosen by the young civil servants is far from easy, warning that it is filled with obstacles, hardship, and challenges that demand sacrifice.
He stressed that the honor of a state official is not measured by rank or position, but by the tangible impact felt directly by the public.
According to Prabowo, the Indonesian public currently needs and demands a bureaucracy that works with honesty and discipline, free from corruption, and with the courage to make decisions on the ground.
"Our people do not need a complicated bureaucracy. Our people do not need leaders who do not do their absolute best," he emphasized.
Before their official inauguration, the IPDN graduates were deployed to the field for a month to assist with disaster relief efforts in Aceh, following landslides and floods that hit the province in late 2025.
President Prabowo further said that the young civil servants serve as the primary drivers of government bureaucracy, determining the success of national development programs in the future.
In carrying out their service, the new officials were also urged to bolster synergy and collaboration with the Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI), the Indonesian National Police (Polri), the Prosecutors' Office, and all elements of society in their respective duty areas.
