PT Waskita Beton Precast Tbk (WSBP) has been selected as the general contractor for the construction of the L-SSIT Laboratory Building at Udayana University. In this project, WSBP is responsible for all construction work, ranging from preparatory work, excavation and earthworks, structural and architectural work, to Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. Construction is being carried out in accordance with the planned phases, prioritizing quality, workplace safety, and adherence to the construction schedule.

The L-SSIT Laboratory, a four-story building, is designed to support the digital transformation of education by providing modern learning and research facilities. In addition to serving as a hub for the development of smart systems and integrated technologies, the laboratory is expected to strengthen Udayana University's capacity to advance digital transformation in education, enhance data center security, and support research and technological development within the university.
The current scope of work is focused on completing the roof structural framework, architectural works, and the installation of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. In addition, WSBP is targeting the completion of the server room in August 2026 as a key milestone to support the laboratory's operational readiness.
