Bandarlampung, Lampung (ANTARA News) - An earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter Scale hit Southeast of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD) Province or Northeast of Gunung Sitoli, Nias, North Sumatra at 06.12 a.m. of local time on Saturday.

According to the Meteorology Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) the epicenter of the earthquake laid at 1.97 degree of Northern Latitude and 97.88 of Eastern Longitude or 35 km Southeast of Singkil Baru, 81 km Northeast of Gunung Sitoli, 103 km Northwest of Sibolga Sea, 121 km Southwest of Tarutung, at the depth of 10 kilometer.

There was no immediate reports of casualties or material damage.
