It said that on July 6, 2011, U.S. Embassy Jakarta and telecom giant AT&T held a cocktail reception at the Four Seasons Hotel to celebrate AT&T`s new telecommunications license - the Multimedia Service Operator (MSO) - in Indonesia.
AT&T is the first foreign telecom operator to be granted such a license in Indonesia. The U.S. Ambassador Scot Marciel attended the reception and congratulated AT&T on receiving the MSO license.
