Jakarta (ANTARA News) - State Enterprises Minister Dahlan Iskan has reshuffled the state oil and gas company Pertamina`s board of directors by appointing five new directors and retaining four others.

"The new directors are: Chrisna Damayanto, replacing Edi Setianto as processing director; Hanung Budya Yuktyanta, replacing Djaelani Sutomo as marketing and commercial director; Evita Maryanti Tagor, replacing Rukmi Hadi Hartini as human resources director; and Luhur Budi Djatmiko, replacing Waluyo as general affairs director," Pertamina spokesman M Harun said in a press statement on Wednesday.

Under the minister`s decree number SK-186/MBU/2012, Hari Karyuliarto was appointed as gas director, which is a new post.

M Harun said Chrisna Damayanto was previously deputy processing director for refinery operation, Hanung Budya Yuktyanto was the president director of PT Badak NGL, and Evita Maryanto Tagor was the president director of PT Tugu Pratama Indonesia.

Luhur Budi Djatmiko was formerly the chief of internal audit unit and Hari Karyuliarto was Pertamina corporate secretary.

"The other four members of the board of directors remain with their positions," M Harun stated.

They are Karen Agustiawan as Pertamina president director, M Afdal Bahaudin as director of investment development and risk management, M Husen as upstream director, and Andri T. Hidayat as finance director.(*)
