Jakarta (ANTARA News) - The Indonesian Trade Ministry has imposed a duty of 19.5 percent on crude palm oil (CPO) exports for May 2012 shipment, compared to 18.5 percent this month.

The CPO reference price used to determine the duty on CPO exports for May 2012 shipment is US$1,191.93 per ton higher than US$1,147.99 per ton in the previous month.

According to the government`s regulation, the export benchmark price of CPO is set based on the average CPO price over the past month at the Indonesia Commodities and Derivatives Exchange (BKDI) and the Rotterdam Commodity Exchange in the Netherlands.

10. Hydrogenated PK oil (bulk) >20 kg = 1,401
11. Hydrogenated palm olein (bulk) >20 kg = 1,168
12. Hydrogenated PK olein (bulk) >20 kg = 1,361
13. Hydrogenated PK stearin (bulk) >20 kg = 1,329
14. Hydrogenated palm stearin (bulk) >20 kg = 1,118
15. Refined, bleached, and deodorized (RBD) palm olein (bulk) >20 kg = 1,151
