- Pantos took the top honor in the customer satisfaction survey conducted by the SWA

SEOUL, South Korea, Dec. 4, 2012 (ANTARA/PRNewswire) -- Pantos Logistics took the top honor in the customer satisfaction survey in Indonesia.

Pantos Logistics announced that the Company received the highest score in the customer satisfaction survey conducted by the SWA (Reported on 'SWA Plus', Special Edition of the SWA), one of representative business magazines in Indonesia.

The SWA surveyed 257 consignors on customers' satisfaction degrees and intention for recommendation of logistics companies, and the compliance with due date, reliability and quality of service products of logistics companies were included in the survey.

In this survey, Pantos Logistics scored 100% in the customer satisfaction degree, and 80% and 90% for the recommendation intention degree and total points, respectively, and named as the no.1 company in the logistics industry. This result is meaningful since Pantos Logistics managed to get the highest scores and outperformed than a number of major global logistics companies.
