"Two people were killed according to information we have."
Sukabumi (ANTARA News) - Two people were reported killed in a rain-triggered landslide in the village of Nyelempek, in the regency of Sukabumi, West Java, on Friday.

The landslide following heavy rain fell upon a house with a family of four people inside, the report said.

The dead victims were a mother and her five-month old son and the two other members of the family survived, the report added.

The Sukabumi Natural Disaster Control Agency (BPBD), however, could not yet confirm the report.

"Two people were killed according to information we have but we have yet to find confirmation," chief of the BPBD Usman Susilo told ANTARA news agency said.

Usman said he and other members of a rescue team were on their way to the location. ***3*** (AS/S012)
