Jakarta, Indonesia, Oct 23, 2013 - (ANTARA) - L'Oreal Professionnel took part in the 2014 Jakarta Fashion Week by launching a collection of hair coloring and style from the 2013-2014 Autumn/Winter Color Collection, inspired by the "it girls" look in the fashion world. In "It Girls of Fashion" show at the Fashion Tent, L'Oreal Professionnel presents the fashion collection of Peggy Hartanto, Rinda Salmun and Stella Rissa who are part of the "It girls of Indonesian Fashion".

Three designers of Muslim fashion collaborate in "Masterpiece Batik Ethnic". "Romantica Batik in Middle East Style" by Qonita Gholib fuses the Middle East fashion style with Pekalongan batik in form of the lightweight silk fabric. Risty Tagor will launch her first collection of Muslim wear with Batak gorga and ulos touch. Also presenting their collection is Tieka Huza with various patterned batik in black and white.

Hengki Kawilarang uses silver and gold with red and black touch in the cocktail dress and evening gown collection exhibited in "Diva". Sequins, velvet, lace, taffeta, organdy, and chiffon as well as glowing, fringe, pearly and stone details on the pieces add a glamour and posh look. In the 2014 JFW, Hengki also collaborates with SYU SHU shoe label by Vicky Shu to complete the collection.

Alleira Batik by Manda Rahardjo hosts a "Fantasy" themed show with the Toraja batik as the main feature. Taking an inspiration from fantasy ideas, the creativity is exhibited in four sequences: Psychedelic perceptions, Steam Punk Revival, Alice in Wonderland (Queen of hearts and Cards), and Dragons.

Ivan Gunawan is back in his fourth year of participating in the Jakarta Fashion Week. This year, he will show his newest luxurious, sexy and classy collection in "Beautiful Liar".

In the hands of Andrea Risjad and Amot Syamsuri Muda, casual clothing can become chic and edgy. The designers behind ISIS pour their creativity and uniqueness into the comfortable and exclusive clothes.

This year, CLEO Fashion Awards 2013 returns in introducing new local brands in the Most Innovative Brand category: Olenka, Alex[a]lexa and Jii; and new local accessories brands in the Most Promising Accessories Brand category: Rosalyn Citta, Massicot and House of Jealouxy.

MANGO also takes part in the fifth day of the 2014 Jakarta Fashion Week at the Fashion Atrium. The Spain-based brand, which is one of the tenants in the Senayan City, will reveal their special fresh collection.

The originality of 3D batik (three-dimension batik) and fusion of colors become a beauty of the D'Kinnara collection in "The Rhythm of Revival".

The "Indonesia Fashion Forward 7" will exhibit the collections from Monday to Sunday, Bretzel and Cotton Ink.

Through the collection "Portrait of a Lady", May & June will present the timeless feminine look influenced by fashion icons of certain periods of time such as Grace Kelly from the 50's. Meanwhile, Fame Agenda will reveal their Las Vegas-inspired collection full of colors, distinguished print detail, and effortless silhouette.

5asec teams up with Mel Ahyar in presenting the fashion collection intended for feminine, edgy, and modern women. The complex and conceptual material combined with the latest technology will put the creation into a more modern image.

This year, as the Jakarta Fashion Week 2014 is supported by Bank Mandiri, Senayan City as the venue provider, L'Oreal Professionnel, The Body Shop, Matahari Department Store, Bellini, JUARA Skincare, Mazda Motor Indonesia, 5asec, You. C Vitamin Water, Tiger Air Mandala, Acer and C's Nail Academy are also partnering with the organizer in promoting the Indonesian fashion industry.
