As per the information available on the website, the program is organized to reinforce the relations between the two countries, particularly in the field of culture.
The cooperation is under the auspices of the University of Gajah Mada (UGM) of Indonesia and the Chulalongkorn University of Thailand. This program is designed for Indonesian high school and university students in the age group of 17 to 25 years.
