Denpasar (ANTARA News) - The regional government of Bali province has allocated Rp32.369 billion for governance and bureaucratic reform programs in 2014.

"The fund allocation is taken from the regional government budget (APBD) for 2014," Balis Regional Government Public Relations Bureau Chief I Ketut Teneng said here on Sunday.

He said that the realization of various programs handled by related agencies up to the first quarter of this year had reached 21.8 percent while their financial commitment had reached 8.16 percent of the budget.

Among the strategic programs is a roadmap for bureaucratic reforms, acceleration of corruption elimination and public service improvement.

Besides that, the procurement and management of the e-Gov programs as well as the improvement of population administration have also been optimized, Tenang said.
