Moscow (ANTARA News/AFP) - Russian authorities ordered Wednesday (August 20) the temporary closure of four McDonalds restaurants in Moscow due to sanitary violations amid rising East-West tensions over Ukraine.

The Moscow office of the Russian consumer safety agency Rospotrebnadzor said inspections of the food and premises at the four restaurants of the US fast food chain found "numerous violations of sanitary legislation requirements."
