Incheon, S Korea (ANTARA News) - Two Indonesian mixed-doubles pairs advanced to the badminton semifinal round at Asian Games 2014 in Incheon, South Korea, on Saturday.

Tontowi Ahmad/Liliyana Natsir entered the semifinals after defeating South Korean duo Shin Baekcheol/Chang Yena in a rubber set, 21-19, 16-21, 21-17.

The other Indonesian mixed doubles pair, Praven Jordan/Debby Susanto, outplayed another South Korean team, Ko Sunghyun/Kim Hana, in a rubber set, 21-9, 9-21, 21-15.

Indonesian duo of Hendra Setiawan and Mohammad Ahsan will face the host duo of Kim Sarang and Kim Gijung in the men's doubles quarterfinals.

The Indonesian womens doubles team, Greysia Polii/Nitya, has already advanced to the finals where it will play against Japanese duo Takahashi Ayaka/Matsumoto Misaki.(S012)
