We should learn from the mistakes we made in the first game and perform our best in the remaining two games.
Jakarta (ANTARA News) -- The Indonesian under-19 national soccer team (Timnas U-19) will face the Australian squad in the decisive Group B match of the AFC 2014 on Sunday in Thuwunna Stadium in Yangon, Myanmar.

Timnas U-19, better known as Garuda Jaya, was defeated by Uzbekistan 1-3 in the first qualifying match of Group B on Friday (October 10), and retained its position at the bottom of the standings.

Apart from playing against Uzbekistan and Australia, the Garuda Jaya squad will also face the United Arab Emirates in the Group B qualifiers.

Citing Garuda Jaya coach Indra Sjafri, the AFC website reported on Saturday, "We should learn from the mistakes we made in the first game and perform our best in the remaining two games."

Following the match against Australia, the squad will face the United Arab Emirates in Wunna Theikdi Stadium in Nay Pyi Taw on Tuesday (October 14).

In the opening match, coach Sjafri was unable to field his best team since goalkeeper Ravi Murdiantov and striker Muchlis Ning Hadi Syaifulloh were not in the pink of their health and had to be kept out.

In AFC 2013, Garuda Jaya defeated the South Korean club in the final group G qualifier in Jakartas Bung Karno main stadium.

The Australian U-19 lineup includes Jordan Thurtell (goalkeeper), Cameron Burgess, Scot Galloway, Riley Paul Woodcock, Hagi Gligor, Christopher Naumoff, Chris Ikonomidis, Stefan Ingo Mauk, Brandon Borrello and Awer Mabil.
