We will wait until all avenues are exhausted."
Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Narcotic drug convict on death row Filipino Mary Jane Fiesta Veloso will soon be moved to a prison on Nusakambangan Island, Central Java, after her second judicial request was turned down by the Supreme Court.

If all the processes have been completed, it is possible for her to be moved, Head of the Attorney General Offices (AGOs) information center, Tony Tribagus Spontana, noted here on Friday.

"If everything is done, well see (for her transfer)," he stated.

He said the AGO has maintained a consistent stance that in accordance with the plan, it would simultaneously execute all drug convicts on death row.

"We will wait until all avenues are exhausted," he added.

He remarked that Attorney General HM Prasetyo hailed the Supreme Courts decision to reject Mary Janes judicial review request.

"Based on our record, Mary Jane has submitted a judicial review request twice," he revealed.

He stated that the AGO now still awaits the results of the judicial review requests from three other death convicts before the planned executions of the 11 death convicts would be carried out.

Sylvestre and Serge Areski Atlaoui from France and Martin Anderson, alias Belo, from Ghana are the other death convicts prosecuted in narcotic cases and are still waiting for the results of the judicial review sessions.

The session on Sylvestres judicial review has been started, but the result had not yet been produced.

"We are still waiting for the courts decision," Spontana noted.

The eleven convicts on death row are Syofial, alias Iyen bin Azwar, from Indonesia over a premeditated murder case; Mary Jane Fiesta Veloso from the Philippines over a narcotic drug case; Myuran Sukumaran, alias Mard, from Australia over a narcotic case; and Harun bin Ajis from Indonesia over a murder case.

Also Sargawi, alias Ali bin Sanusi, from Indonesia over a murder case, Serge Areski Atlaoui from France over a narcotic case; Martin Anderson, alias Belo, from Ghana over a narcotic case; Zainal Abidin from Indonesia over a narcotic case; Raheem Agbaje Salami from Cordova over a narcotic case; Rodrigo Gularte from Brazil over a narcotic case; and Andrew Chan from Australia over a narcotic case.

Spontana confirmed that the executions would not be carried out this week.

"I cannot even confirm if the executions will be carried out this month. After they are placed in isolation, there is still a lapse of time before the executions are carried out. So, we must wait," he said.

He stated that Prasetyo would announce if a fixed date has been set.
