On Monday, November 24, TNI Commander General Agus Subiyanto announced that the military had prepared C-130 Hercules transport aircraft and Navy vessels for the peacekeeping mission in Gaza.
“For air assets, we are preparing helicopters and C-130 Hercules aircraft, and we are preparing two Navy hospital ships complete with helicopters,” Subiyanto said.
The Hercules aircraft will be used to transport logistics and personnel, while the hospital ships will carry medical teams and provide treatment facilities for civilian victims of the conflict in Gaza.
Subiyanto added that the military has also prepared peacekeeping forces consisting of three composite brigades.
