Jakarta (ANTARA) — Luxury residential development Savyavasa in South Jakarta has officially launched a financing scheme for foreign buyers through a collaboration with Permata Bank, offering easier property acquisition via the Permata KPR iB IMBT WNA program. The initiative provides eligible foreign nationals with structured financing for apartment ownership in Indonesia, covering the entire application and transaction process.

The project, developed by JSI Group in partnership with Hong Kong-based Swire Properties, is scheduled for handover by the end of 2025. This marks the final phase to purchase units at pre-completion prices, ahead of a planned post-completion price increase.

Located in Dharmawangsa, one of Jakarta’s most established residential areas, Savyavasa offers proximity to embassies, international schools, hospitals, and premium retail hubs. The area has shown consistent year-on-year growth and remains limited in new high-end supply, reinforcing its reputation for long-term investment value.

Savyavasa is strategically connected to major toll roads, including the Inner City Toll Road, JORR, and Desari, with access to Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (40 minutes) and Halim Perdanakusuma Airport (25 minutes).

Built on two hectares of green space, the development features wellness-focused facilities such as a Hammam spa, cold plunge pool, infrared sauna, and 1-km jogging track, alongside tennis and pickleball courts, multiple swimming pools, and a residents-only clubhouse. Units range from 131–264 sqm, supporting multigenerational living and flexible layouts.

Vice President Director of PT Jantra Swarna Dipta and Swire Properties Indonesia, Sophie Watson-Swingewood, said the partnership with Permata Bank and the project’s clear timeline offer foreign buyers confidence during the pre-completion phase.

“Foreign residents in Indonesia, especially from Bali, look for a trustworthy buying process and a location that supports long-term value,” she said.

JSI Group Director Chandra Asali added that the limited supply of premium properties in Dharmawangsa underlines the value proposition of Savyavasa.

“Savyavasa was created as a residential-style apartment within one of Jakarta’s most exclusive green neighbourhoods,” he said. “Exclusivity here is defined by environmental quality — and that’s where long-term value grows.”

The project is certified to the Green Mark Gold standard, making it one of Jakarta’s few luxury residences with sustainable design credentials.
