Jakarta, Nov 18 (Antara) - The Attorney General Office will name suspects in the corruption case over of the sales of state land by state construction company Adhi Karya.

Attorney General Office spokesman M. Rum said the head of the sub-directorate of state assets Imam Wahyudi had been summoned for questioning over the sales of the 4.8 hectare land at Jalan Kalimalang Raya, Tambun, Bekasi by PT Adhi Karya.

The land, belonged to the Public Works and Housing Ministry, handed over by the ministry to Adhi Karya as share participation.

The attorney general office already investigated 16 witnessed but so far ti has named any suspect.

"Certainly the investigation is to make clear the case," M. Rum said here on Friday.

Originally the attorney general office planned to question Imam on Thursday but he asked for a delay as he was in disposed on Thursday.

Earlier the attorney general investigators questioned the finance director of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Haris Gunawan as a witness in the corruption case .

In the investigation Haris Gunawan gave details of the budget for the purchase of the land from the public works ministry.

The land was later sold by PT Adhi Karya to businessman Hiu Kok Ming, M Rum said.

The attorney general has also questioned former chief commissioner of PT Adhi Persada Properti Bambang Pramusinto who explained the status of the land handed over to PT Adhi Karya.(*)
