Asian Games (athletics) - Bahrain wins two medals in men`s 10,000 meter run

Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Bahrain took home one gold and one silver medals in the men`s 10,000 meter race at the Asian Games 2018 here on Sunday.

Bahrain runner Hassan Chani who clocked in at 28 minutes 35.54 seconds earned the gold medal, while his teammate Abraham Cheroben won the silver medal with a time of 29 minutes 00.29 second.

The bronze medal went to Lakshmanan Govindan of India who finished the 10,000 meter run in 29 minutes 44.91 seconds.

Indonesian runner Welman David Pasaribu finished ninth with a time of 31 minutes 46.56 seconds and his countrymen Robi Syianturi came in the tenth position with a time of 31 minutes 51.76 seconds.
