"Next year, 100 thousand (certificates) are in Grobogan," President Jokowi remarked during a working visit in Grobogan, Central Java Province, Saturday.Jakarta (ANTARA News) - President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) has promised that as many as 100 thousand lands in Grobogan, Central Java, will be certified next year.
"Next year, 100 thousand (certificates) are in Grobogan," President Jokowi remarked during a working visit in Grobogan, Central Java Province, Saturday.
During his visit, as conveyed by Deputy for Protocols, Press and Media, Presidential Secretariat Bey Machmudin, President Jokowi handed over land rights certificates to residents of Grobogan Regency and the surrounding areas.
As many as eight thousand certificates were handed over by the head of state to the citizens centered in Krida Bhakti Stadium, Grobogan Regency. The president said this was part of the 55 thousand certificates that had been submitted this year.
The president also noted that 116 million certificates were to be distributed all over Indonesia, but until 2014, only 46 million were handed out.

"Usually 500 thousand certificates per year. What does that mean? Waiting 160 years. Yes, I count. People have to wait for that. Do you want to?" the president questioned.
The president also advised the recipient community to keep their certificates properly, including if the public is planning on using it as collateral in the bank.
"Hence, if you borrow, it is calculated. Use it all for business capital, for instance, 30 million can, all for business investment capital, I say this," he remarked.
After granting land rights certificates to the people, the president reviewed the village fund project in the form of talud construction in Tambirejo Village, Taroh District, Grobogan Regency, Central Java.
