"Be careful if you want to borrow money from the bank; please count it and calculate it in installments every month," Jokowi stated, during a ceremony to hand over tens of thousands of land rights certificates to the community in Marunda, Cilincing, Jakarta, on Wednesday.
The president reminded that the funds obtained from the loan were used for productive matters.
The Head of State asked the public not to buy vehicles from the principal loan fund.
"So if you borrow from the bank, it can be 300 million, use it entirely for business capital, for investment capital, or for working capital," the president noted when inviting the public to be careful in awarding certificates.
Furthermore, he explained that people can buy the desired vehicle from the profits of their business.
The government is targeting to complete all distribution of land rights certificates in DKI Jakarta in 2019.
The ATR Ministry targets 332 thousand land certificates to be distributed in DKI Jakarta in 2018.
Meanwhile, as many as 70 thousand land areas that have not been certified will be completed in 2019.
