During the working visit, scheduled from July 21-26, Kamil said in a press statement made available to ANTARA here on Sunday that he would meet with representatives of at least 26 institutions, including those from the UK-based Plastic Energy Limited.
At his meeting with the representatives of Plastic Energy Limited at their headquarters, he would discuss issues related to the implementation of investment worth Rp3 trillion for turning the plastic waste into diesel fuel.
During his stay in the UK, Kamil said he would also visit several institutions for talks about the follow up of the English Program for Ulemas because UK would be one of the destinations of West Java's young ulemas who had passed the program in April this year.
The young ulemas who had passed the English Program for Ulemas that the West Java government co-organized with the UK Embassy in Jakarta would become messengers of peaceful Islam to the world, he said.
In Manchester, he would be a guest speaker in a peace dialogue whose participants come from Manchester and other cities around UK, he said.
Meanwhile, in his visit to Stockholm, he would attend an Indonesian Festival where West Java was given a main booth. The booth would showcase West Java's cultural performance products of creative industries.
During his stay in the city, Kamil said he would also meet with representatives of IKEA headquarters for talks about a possibility for West Java's products to be sold at IKEA's stores.
In this working visit, Ridwal Kamil is accompanied by Head of the West Java Tourism and Cultural Office Dedi Taufik Kurohman, Director of Bank Indonesia-West Java Office Pribadi Santoso, Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry-West Java Chapter Tatan Pria Sudjana, and Bogor Mayor Bima Arya.
