Jakarta (ANTARA) - Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto has made assurance that the government had adequate budget funding to fulfill health requirements during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Hartarto remarked that the government will strive incessantly to boost the capacity of hospitals and health facilities to handle the upward trend of COVID-19 cases in the country.

The efforts encompass utilizing two- and three-star hotels akin to that done by the South Sulawesi provincial government, he stated.

"We also ready self-isolation wards at the Wisma Atlet. (The management of) Wisma Atlet has prepared towers 5 and 6 as well as towers 7 and 8 for workers returning from overseas," he noted.
