Do not lose them because every month, a number of cash will be transferred into your account.Indramayu, W Java (ANTARA) - Social Affairs Minister Tri Rismaharini disbursed Social Rehabilitation Assistance (ATENSI) for orphans, disabled people, poor people, and owners of uninhabitable houses (RLTH) in Indramayu district, West Java Province, on Tuesday.
"Everyone will get a savings book and a bank card. Do not lose them because every month, a number of cash will be transferred into your account," she said while handing over the aid symbolically to orphans and disabled children at the Indramayu District Hall.
She expressed the hope that the children will use the money well and encouraged them to continue to pursue their education to reach their dreams.
The total amount of assistance disbursed to underprivileged communities in the district reached Rp3.3 billion, officials said.
Of the total, Rp26 million was given to 82 orphans who lost their parents due to COVID-19, they added.
In addition, the minister provided assistive devices worth Rp560 million for 271 people with disabilities.
She also disbursed basic needs assistance valued at Rp298 million for 337 people.

Furthermore, she handed Rp184 million in entrepreneurship assistance for 77 residents.
The disbursed aid also comprised business development assistance of Rp5 million for two former recipients of the Family Hope Program.
"There is also social assistance for 115 RTLH owners with a total of Rp2.3 billion," Rismaharini added.
Meanwhile, head of the Working Visit Entourage of Commission VIII of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI), Selly Andriany Gantina, said that her visit with the minister was aimed at ensuring that the assistance from the Social Ministry was distributed properly and on target to optimize its benefits.
"We are grateful to be involved in proposing, disbursing, and supervising the program,” she remarked.
