"Success in innovation can inspire in solving problems," Deputy for Public Service Diah Natalisa remarked here on Thursday.
According to Natalisa, innovation in public services cannot be separated from the institutions' main functions and tasks, and it is used for accelerating the target of bureaucratic reform to result in social welfare.

In addition to tracking, PeduliLindungi functions as a vaccination data collection tool and disseminates the latest information on travel regulations during the pandemic.
The results of this tracing will make it easier for the government to identify, who needs further treatment in order to thwart the spread of COVID-19.
Moreover, she said, every institution, agency, and local government must conduct innovative development through three steps: creation, development, and institutionalization.
Hence, Natalisa emphasized that the spirit of innovation should be maintained and supported and is measured by its benefits, both for institutions and society.
PeduliLindungi, as the selected innovation, is expected to inspire other innovations to have a wider reach, she added.
"It is important to conduct knowledge transfer. Do not let there be a case where innovation is required by many institutions but cannot be replicated," Natalisa remarked.
