The nation's civilization depends on the mother's contribution, which lights up the light from the smallest sphere, specifically the familyJakarta (ANTARA) - Indonesian Vice President Ma'ruf Amin affirmed that the commemoration of Mother's Day on December 22, 2022, was a momentum to remember the contribution of Indonesian mothers and women in the nation's development.
The vice president remarked that mothers and women, in general, are the key to realizing a nation's civilization.
"The nation's civilization depends on the mother's contribution, which lights up the light from the smallest sphere, specifically the family," the vice president noted in a video showing a Happy Mother's Day greeting, Thursday.

Amin said that Indonesian mothers and women were tough and always became a pillar of support for the family unit and also for the country.
"Mother is everything. She is a comfort in our sorrow, hope in our suffering, and strength in our weakness," he remarked.

Vice President Amin is hopeful that Indonesian mothers would continue to support efforts to realize the vision of Indonesia Gold 2045.
This support is in the form of giving birth to the next generation that is superior, intellectually intelligent, physically and mentally healthy, and possess noble character.
"Mothers (must) ensure the fulfillment of child nutrition in the first thousand days of life and its growth, so that Indonesian children are free from stunting and ready to welcome a bright future," he remarked.
Amin extended Happy Mother's Day 2022 greetings to Indonesian mothers and women.
"I wish Happy Mother's Day 2022 to all Indonesian mothers wherever they are. May Allah SWT, God Almighty, always bless every effort and sacrifice by mothers for the sake of Indonesian families," he remarked.
