"At the Indonesia Pavilion, an area of 1,500 square meters is used by 157 co-exhibitors that are divided into several zones in accordance with the Highlight Theme Indonesia Partner Country," the minister of industry noted in Hannover, Germany, Monday.
The zones are divided into zone A for companies, with the theme of sustainability and energy; zone B as the main zone for Making Indonesia 4.0 and engineered parts and solutions; and zone C for state-owned companies.
Zone D is for the theme of investment and industrial park and human capital, and zone HM is for start-up and innovations' theme and HM Display categories.
The world's largest industrial exhibition, Hannover Messe 2023, was opened on April 16, 2023, by President of Indonesia Joko Widodo and German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
Furthermore, the Indonesian president and the chancellor of Germany are scheduled to inaugurate the Indonesia Pavilion on April 17, 2023, at 8:45 local time.
"The Hannover Messe can provide an overview of economic and manufacturing developments in Indonesia. It is hoped that technology and investment collaboration can be held at this exhibition," Hartarto stated in Hannover.
The inauguration of the Indonesia Pavilion will be followed by a Walkout, Business Summit, and Indonesia Country Night on April 17, 2023, and several conference activities with various themes related to technology on April 18-20, 2023.
The main theme of the Indonesia Pavilion bears the concept of a Pinisi ship and the tagline of "Infinite Journey" at the Hannover Messe 2023 that is expected to inspire and encourage participants to embrace the limitless opportunities of the event.
Apart from visiting the Indonesian Pavilion in Hall 2 that serves as a central hub for partner country activities, the group also visited the Hannover Congress Centrum as the venue for the 2023 Hannover Messe opening ceremony.
