Central Java Police Chief Inspector General Ahmad Luthfi stated that the security involved the Indonesian Armed Forces (TNI) and other stakeholders. Security will cover the subject, object, and other related events during the international meeting.
"There is security assurance from the Indonesian Police, military, and stakeholders," Luthfi remarked.
He stated that 29 ministers from ASEAN and partner countries are participating in the meeting, so the Indonesian Police also joins to secure the national and international events.
"Show them that we are prepared and that we can create a conducive climate during the meeting," he affirmed.
This is especially important since the international community will directly oversee the series of meetings taking place in Semarang.
