In a statement received here on Saturday, Minister Fauziyah drew attention to several issues that could be raised by Indonesia along with Kuwait, including the Palestinian independence, peace and security, and socio-economic development.
"To address global issues, two bilateral mechanisms have been established in both countries, namely Joint Ministerial Commission and Joint Trade Commission at the senior official level," Fauziyah stated on the occasion of the 63rd National Day and 33rd Kuwait State Liberation Day here on Friday.
Meanwhile, in the field of employment, Indonesia and Kuwait have realized a memorandum of understanding (MoU) regarding the placement of Indonesian migrant workers (PMI) that was signed in 1996.
