Meanwhile, Kyiv city military administration chief Serhiy Popko reported damages to several buildings and vehicles in the capital's Solomian, Holosiiv, Darnytsia, and Sviatoshyn districts due to missile fragments.
A children's hospital in Shevchenko district was among the buildings damaged in the attack. Popko informed that at least seven residents were killed and 25 others were injured in the attack.
Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov rejected Zelenksyy's accusation. He stressed that the Russian military attacked only military objects with high-precision weapons to avoid civilian casualties.
"We did not attack civilian targets. Attacks are carried out to essential infrastructures and military targets," Peskov stated on Tuesday.
