"The President emphasized that these visits are a manifestation of Indonesia's role in the international arena," she said in a statement issued on Friday.
She added that the requests for Indonesia to attend bilateral and multilateral meetings shows that Indonesia is highly respected and its role is awaited by the whole world.
President Prabowo is currently on a state visit to several countries, including China, the United States, Peru, Brazil, and the UK.
He will commence his overseas trip by meeting President of China Xi Jinping. He will thereafter continue his journey to the United States to meet President Joe Biden.
Following the two bilateral meetings, Prabowo will attend the APEC Summit in Lima, Peru, and the G20 Summit in Brazil.
He will also meet British Prime Minister Keir Starmer and visit several countries in the Middle East.
According to Hafid, Prabowo's two-week overseas visit has an important meaning as a momentum for increasing bilateral and multilateral cooperation.
"Indonesia will play a role in bridging the interests of developing countries with developed countries. Of course, within the framework of good neighbor policy," she added.
President Prabowo has instructed Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka to complete the guidelines for governance while he is away.
"The President has given instructions that in the next month or two, we must really prepare to start working hard for 2025 to carry out (the government) programs that we have planned, including creating a government that is free from corruption, inefficiency, manipulation, and free from collusion from other parties," Hafid added.
