Jakarta (ANTARA) – PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk (WIKA Beton) held its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) for 2025 on Thursday, June 26, 2025. The meeting was conducted in person at the Auditorium Room of WIKA Tower 2, Jakarta, and electronically through the Electronic General Meeting System KSEI (eASY KSEI system).

The EGMS, which commenced at 14:33 WIB, was attended by holders of 5,867,142,624 shares, representing 67.319% of the Company’s 8,715,466,600 issued shares. The meeting had a single agenda item, namely the Approval of Amendments to the Company’s Articles of Association, with the following resolutions:

1. To receive and approve the Feasibility Study Report on the Plan to Add the Business Activity of Electrical Installation with KBLI Code 43211, as stated in the Feasibility Study Report prepared by the Public Appraisal Service Office (“KJPP”) Guntur, Eki, Andri dan Rekan.

2. To approve the addition of the Company’s supporting business activity, namely Electrical Installation with KBLI Code 43211, into the Company’s Articles of Association, so that the said business activity may subsequently be carried out by the Company.

3. To approve the amendment of Article 3 of the Articles of Association as presented.

4. To approve the restatement of all provisions in the Articles of Association in connection with the amendments referred to in point 3.

5. To approve the granting of power and authority to the President Director or other Directors, with the right of substitution, to take all actions necessary in connection with the resolutions of this Meeting into a notarial deed and to submit them to the relevant authorities to obtain approval and/or notification receipt for the amendment of the Company’s Articles of Association, and to do all things deemed necessary and useful for such purposes without exception, including making additions and/or changes to the amendments to the Articles of Association if required by the relevant authorities.

The implementation of the 2025 EGMS reaffirms WIKA Beton’s commitment to expanding its business scope in order to face future industry challenges. With the approval of the amendments to the Articles of Association and the addition of new business activities, the Company is optimistic that it can enhance its business performance and provide added value to all stakeholders.
