Of these two thousand new officers, 827 are set to serve in the Indonesian Army (TNI-AD), 433 in the Indonesian Navy (TNI-AL), 293 in the Indonesian Air Force (TNI-AU), and 447 in the Indonesian National Police (Polri).
During the ceremony, Prabowo also conferred the Adhi Makayasa insignia of honor on eight graduates with outstanding achievements from each academy.
The distinguished graduates are Alim Bimo Pratowo and Muh. Afridzal Muhlis from the TNI-AD, Manenda Putra Duta and Arya Handaru from the TNI-AL, Evan Basith Reswara and Axel Fahreza Adiatma from the TNI-AU, and Muh. Malik Aditya K. and Fathan Putra Rifito from the Polri.
After administering the oath, the head of state delivered messages and directives to the young security officers.
The president, accompanied by Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka and several state officials as well as high-ranking military and police officers, then proceeded inside the Merdeka Palace for a photo session with the Adhi Makayasa awardees.
Prabowo also took photographs with other newly commissioned officers from each military branch and the Polri.
The series of activities concluded with all the young officers chanting the cadences of their respective institutions in sequence, starting with the TNI-AD, followed by the TNI-AL, TNI-AU, and Polri.
Moved by the chants, the president stood at attention and saluted the newly graduated security personnel.
Afterward, the young officers were reunited with their families to celebrate their graduation, with many graduates visibly emotional during the reunion.
