The platform also allows companies to submit their Work Plans and Budgets (RKAB) online.
Lahadalia emphasized the enforcement of new regulations regarding the RKAB validity period, which has been changed from three years to one year.
"We have decided to change the RKAB from three years to one year, and the process can now begin," Lahadalia said.
The new rule affects mining companies whose RKABs are valid beyond 2025. It is stipulated in ESDM Ministerial Regulation Number 17 of 2025, signed on September 30, 2025.
Meanwhile, ESDM Ministry official Tri Winarno said the application launch marks a key milestone in the government’s digital transformation efforts.
According to him, MinerbaOne integrates various upstream systems into a single platform designed to streamline bureaucracy while improving transparency, accountability, and the quality of public services in the mineral and coal sector.
"MinerbaOne is a concrete manifestation of digital transformation — not just slogans, but a collective movement toward cleaner, more productive, and more sustainable mining governance," Winarno said.
