Vice President and Board Secretary Huifeng Liu said during a media briefing in Shenzhen on Thursday that paper remains the company's main raw material and that most of it is recyclable and reusable.
"A significant majority of the materials we use are recyclable and reusable, forming the foundation of our sustainability commitment," Liu stated.
He noted that MYS Group uses eco-friendly materials to produce various types of packaging, making sustainability a core business principle.
Within its operations, the company is also integrating renewable energy sources. Liu confirmed that MYS Group has adopted electric vehicles (EVs) in its logistics network, part of a broader effort to lower the company’s carbon footprint.
Liu also underlined the company's contribution to promoting a responsible global supply chain. As a supplier to Fortune 500 firms in the consumer electronics, food, and beverage sectors, MYS Group supports sustainable business practices through eco-conscious packaging solutions.
On competitiveness, Liu said the company prioritizes research and development (R&D) to strengthen its market position.
"One of our top priorities in recent years has been R&D," he said, citing the company's development of hundreds of proprietary design patterns and participation in formulating industry standards.
He added that client trust has been crucial to MYS Group's global expansion and market credibility.
"By providing premium products and designs, we have earned the trust of many Fortune Global 500 companies. This trust has been instrumental in our global growth," Liu noted.
