Ticket management platform LOKET reported significant increases across multiple event sectors, from music concerts to exhibitions and seminars.
According to LOKET.com’s VP of Revenue & Growth, Kharisma Putra, the company has facilitated more than 25,000 events across various categories between 2022 and July 2025.
Music concerts and performances remain the largest contributors, followed by sports events, exhibitions, and seminars.
LOKET’s data highlights the seasonal pattern of Indonesia’s entertainment landscape.
Concerts are typically held in large numbers during the early months of the year and the fourth quarter, while festivals peak in June and October.
The average ticket price for concerts and performances ranges from Rp100,000 to Rp225,000, with occupancy rates exceeding 80 percent.
To maintain growth momentum, LOKET and its strategic partners continue to strengthen collaboration through data utilization, payment innovation, and digital marketing strategies.
Kharisma explained that data-driven approaches not only help organizers design more effective sales strategies but also create more valuable experiences for audiences.
Digital payment trends have also played a major role in driving this industry’s growth nationwide.
Between 2023 and 2025, LOKET recorded a 44.05 percent increase in paylater transactions, a 51.21 percent rise in ticket sales, and a 58.98 percent growth in Gross Market Value.
Kharisma noted that flexible payment options are essential in maintaining public access to entertainment while allowing consumers to enjoy experiences without financial strain.
Meanwhile, digital media has become increasingly influential in expanding event reach.
Platforms such as TikTok enable events to remain visible in the digital realm even after they conclude, driven by short-form content, community trends, and collaborations with creators.
TikTok creators and users can now directly add LOKET links to their videos, making it easier for audiences to access event information and purchase tickets.
Kharisma emphasized that the synergy between technology, data, and creativity is key to strengthening Indonesia’s entertainment ecosystem.
“Through this collaborative approach, organizers are expected to deliver greater value to the public while reinforcing the foundation of the national entertainment industry,” he said.
