Tourism Minister Widiyanti Putri Wardhana praised the creativity and enthusiasm of participants, saying their ideas have strengthened the national tourism ecosystem through the culinary sector.
“Let us continue to support Indonesia’s tourism business products. To all FSI 2025 finalists, keep showing your best spirit and quality,” Widiyanti said in a statement on Wednesday.
She noted that the culinary industry is a key component of the tourism sector, which continues to advance in quality and sustainability.
During the event’s closing ceremony in Jakarta on Oct. 31, ten finalists presented their business ideas to investors, industry experts, international market representatives, and strategic partners.

Judges included MNC Group Co-CEO Angela Tanoesoedibjo, Salim Group Project Director Mohammed Salim, Ultima Rasa Akselerasi CEO Bonnie Susilo, and the Tourism Ministry’s Deputy for Industry and Investment Rizki Handayani.
They named Casa Grata as the first-place winner, followed by Street Sushi and Doughzen in second and third places.
Several potential investors also expressed interest in pursuing funding and partnership opportunities with both the finalists and other participants of the 2025 FSI Demoday.
“I would like to extend my appreciation to all mentors and investors who have supported this celebration of innovation and growth for Indonesia’s food and beverage sector,” Widiyanti said.
The 2025 FSI Demoday, held from Oct. 29 to 31, featured a wide range of creative ideas and product innovations from emerging entrepreneurs.
Over three days, participants took part in mentoring sessions and conferences led by seasoned professionals in the culinary industry, focusing on business strategy, product development, and competitiveness.
