Jakarta (ANTARA) — PT Wijaya Karya Beton Tbk (WIKA Beton) continues to strengthen its role in urban mobility transformation through a strategic partnership with Larsen & Toubro Limited to support the selected contractor Sojitz Corporation Ltd in handling the Jakarta MRT Phase 2A Trackwork Package CP205 worth Rp409 billion.

In this project, WIKA Beton handles Package CP205 (Railway Systems and Track Work), covering the supply of railway sleepers (BJR), ready-mix concrete production, railway track installation, substation systems installation, power distribution systems, power Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) installation, as well as underground high-voltage cable (150 kV) installation work. Overall, the Phase 2A project progress has reached 55.89% as of December 2025, exceeding the 53.29% target, with Package CP205 progress at 31.48%. This construction connects Bundaran HI Station to Kota along 5.8 kilometers,
targeted for completion in 2029 with seven underground stations: Thamrin, Monas, Harmoni, Sawah Besar, Mangga Besar, Glodok, and Kota.
